Vice President of Finance & Administration
Sheila has worked in positions in both the non-profit and private sectors. From 2000 to 2008, she was Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Women & Enterprise, the largest women’s business center in the country. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Operations for Big Brother Association of Mass Bay and was Chief Financial Officer of a privately held, fast growth software company in the financial services industry. She co-founded and managed her own business for more than ten years, after beginning her career with a Fortune 500 company.
Sheila brings breadth of management and organizational development experience, to her position at NCTL. She has managed organizations in a variety of industry sectors, including manufacturing, high tech, retail and not-for-profit and from start-up through rapid growth stages. Sheila holds a Masters in Business Administration from Simmons College School of Management and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
AT NCTL, Sheila manages all administrative, financial, human resources, technology and operations functions, as well as serving on the senior management committee.
