Policy Associate
Kyle Linhares joined NCTL’s federal policy team in February 2011. Kyle’s focus is on shaping the national policy landscape to support high-quality expanded learning time initiatives. Kyle also helps the Communications team on a variety of projects, including his regular contributions to the Time Matters blog. Kyle graduated from American University in May 2011. He holds a B.S. in economics and a B.A.in political science and was active in peace and conflict resolution groups on campus. He grew up in Oregon and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
