In Massachusetts, the TIME Collaborative is a partnership between the National Center on Time & Learning, the Ford Foundation, and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
Five Massachusetts schools in Fall River and Lawrence are moving forward with the implementation of expanded learning time (ELT) in the 2013-2014 school year after submitting plans that met TIME Collaborative standards for both high-quality and sustainability. Throughout the year, leadership teams from these schools will participate in a series of technical assistance sessions led by NCTL staff and receive onsite coaching as they continue to refine the implementation of their expanded school schedule.
