Strategic Development Officer
Elena Damaskos is the strategic development officer at NCTL. In this role, she supports the implementation of NCTL’s development strategy, helping to cultivate and capitalize on opportunities for funding to meet the organization’s ambitious goals for its national work.
Prior to joining NCTL, Elena worked as special projects manager at Citi Performing Arts Center in Boston, where she focused on communications, fundraising, and strategy projects. There, Elena developed impact measures for the non-profit organization’s arts education programs creating a strategic dashboard to track and report organizational progress, while also supporting a strategic planning and review process.
A graduate of the Boston Public School system, Elena received a BA from Harvard College in History of Art and Architecture.
