Charles Petit

Vice President, Finance & Operations

Charles Petit joined the NCTL as Vice President of Finance & Operations in December 2012. In this role, Charles is responsible for finance, accounting, long-range planning, development, human resources, and operations. As a member of the senior leadership team, Charles provides strategic expertise, as well as focus and transparency, to help NCTL achieve its goals and mission.

Charles brings over twenty years of nonprofit financial, accounting, and management experience to his position. Prior to joining NCTL, Charles spent twelve years as the Chief Financial Officer of The Boston Conservatory, where he led that organization through significant growth. Previously, Charles served as the Chief Financial Officer of Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts and Notre Dame College in Manchester, NH.
Charles started his career, in New Hampshire, as a public accountant. He earned a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in nonprofit management, at the Boston University School of Management and a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy at Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
