As measured by the National Assessment of Educational Progress exam, CT has one of the largest academic achievement gaps in the country between its low-income children and their more affluent peers.

Fortunately, districts and schools in Connecticut have begun to expand learning time to re-imagine, innovate, and personalize education for their students.  The Connecticut Center on Time & Learning is committed to closing these pervasive achievement and opportunity gaps by supporting schools to redesign their school day and year to better meet the needs of their students and teachers.
