Nancy Conneely

Senior Associate

Nancy Conneely is a senior associate at NCTL, where she advocates for expanded learning time with members of Congress, the U.S. Department of Education, and other national organizations.
 
Prior to joining NCTL, Nancy was the director of public policy at the National Association of State Directors of Career Technical Education Consortium (NASDCTEc). In this role, she developed a public policy agenda for the organization and advocated for career technical education and related funding. Previously, as a law student, Nancy held several legal internships in the government and non-profit sectors related to education law and policy, including Catholic Charities USA in the social policy and government affairs office, the U.S. Department of Education in the Office of General Counsel, and the Senate Heath, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee in the Office of Oversight and Investigations.  
 
Nancy holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Stonehill College in Easton, MA, and a JD and certificate in law and public policy from The Catholic University of America, in Washington, D.C.
