Megan Britt

Deputy Director, TIME Collaborative

As the deputy director of the TIME Collaborative at NCTL, Megan Britt plays a leadership role in developing and managing this multi-state initiative, including being responsible for aligning state and district policies in support of high-quality, expanded-learning-time schools.

Prior to joining NCTL, Megan managed the marketing, communications, and event coordination needs at Action for Boston Community Development for five years, serving as an advocate for low-income families and individuals in the greater Boston area. In 2008, she was an Education Pioneers Fellow in Boston, working with Citizen Schools on a national recruitment strategy to support that organization’s rapid expansion.  Megan received her Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA from Duke University.
