Product Manager, TransformEd
Joel develops a range of technology products that further the TransformEd mission. Prior to joining TransformEd, Joel was a consultant for public media focusing on product development, business development, and digital strategy. Joel previously worked as a senior consultant and team leader at Root Cause, a social innovation consulting firm where he guided strategy and implementation projects. Joel holds an M.Ed. in Technology Innovation, and Education from Harvard's Graduate School of Education. An accomplished journalist, Joel reported for a range of publications and for NPR in Washington, DC. Joel is a graduate of Startup Instute, a technology career accelerator program.
Joel holds a Master’s in journalism from Northwestern University. He also earned a B.A. from Yale University.
